The app is good but, I think DC needs an all you can read monthly subscription.

I thought you were able to just read the books I DO NOt WAnT TO BuY THeM FOR LIkE 100 DOLLORS TRy BETTeR PLEASE

This app works perfectly. Its nice to still be able to purchase the apps through the app instead of comixologys roundabout way of purchasing comics now... The comics look beautiful on a retina display and guided view is awesome in my opinion, brings a cinematic feel to comics. I used to buy physical comics every couple weeks and now I find myself buying comics almost daily because of the ease of access. I still hit up the brick and mortar stores to support them, but its very nice to quickly access newly released content.

I just made my first purchase on this app and the comic wont download. Very bad user experience.

I downloaded the app but was very disappointed theres no monthly subscription plan like Marvel Unlimited. Come DC! I wanted to give you my monthly subscription fee!

I love this app

Love how you can buy comics off amazon and transfer them over so you have all your DC comics in one place. I wish you could pre-order a series and get a discount so you dont have to pay for each issue one at at time. Ive had no issues really with the app. I do think they need to tweak the page turning in the app because you can barely tap the side when you really want to bring up the menu and then the page turns. Solid app though. Kinda glad in going digital. I have no space in my place haha

Search functionality is badly needed. Proper integration with Comixology account badly needed. Wishlist feature is badly needed. My Books with proper sorting badly needed.

I wouldve liked to know that I had to pay for the comic books. I know that its a silly Assumption but in the description it didnt mention anything about it.

The characters presented are great --the same characters I loved as a teen. The application works brilliantly. When I was looking for a comic book app, I downloaded DC and Marvel. Marvel is by subscription, but on DC you buy comics as you go along. At first I thought DCs was the better deal; but it is not like the old days, when a comic contained two or three stories. In the online version, the stories are presented in serial form, which means that in order to read the whole story, you have to keep throwing money into the slot. This means that in order to get one complete story you must spend, maybe ten dollars. Far too expensive. The Marvel deal is much better. $9.95 a month for complete access to as many complete issues as you want.

Most are cover price or close to it boo. Marvel is a monthly charge to read every available book no limit. Why would i pay 2.99 for a digital copy per issue. Just crazy and a complete disappointment

This most current version, 3.9.5, causes this app to crash immediately every time its opened, so now I cant access my library.

Did recent update and now the app wont open!!!!!!

The app was fine before the update now it wont even open.

U guys need to creat ur version of avengers academy with all the D.C. Characters

Need to do what marvel did make it a subscription service so we can read our favorite stories

BOUGHT A 12.99 BOOK DELETED THE APP AND IT DIDNT RESTORE MY PURCHASE!!

I so badly wanted to give this app a higher rating and I dearly with all my heart had hoped to have only good things to say, But. I cant do that. Firstly, I had synced my iTunes with my account and was informed I could read the DC comics I bought via iTunes could be read in this app, yet this app swears up and down that I Have No Books. Which is infuriating to say the least because thats 30$ worth of comics youre going to make me re-buy just so I can read them in this app? Nuh-uh. Not happening, DC. I already spend enough of my money on your merchandise and products. So it would be kind of you to fix that maybe? It would be greatly appreciated if I didnt have to re-purchase everything just to be able to read it here. Which I would prefer to read it here because iTunes doesnt have complete collections/issues. Another thing: Ive read some of these other reviews and Id have I say adding a search bar would make things a bit easier to navigate when people want to find a certain run, and also to allow users to categorize their collections into separate lists would also be nice for many of us that like to keep our green arrows in order and out of our shazam "pile". Just some things to think about and consider for us to enjoy your app more. At least were not asking you to make the comics free, because yall need to make your money some how.

Pretty good app prices are a little high though please lower the prices a bit. And please add voices/sound effects thanks
